Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture client relationships, acting as the principal contact for clients when their consultant is unavailable.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and sales consultants to ensure continuity of service and follow-through on client requests.
- Prioritize daily tasks and manage time effectively to support consultants and store operations.
- Execute administrative and systems tasks accurately; demonstrate proficiency with in-store technology and record-keeping.
- Undertake ad hoc responsibilities and support store initiatives as needed while preserving a professional presentation and demeanor.
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience required; demonstrated client-facing background preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
