Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and continue client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients when consultants are unavailable.
- Act as a liaison between clients and sales consultants to resolve requests and ensure service continuity.
- Manage daily administrative and clienteling tasks with strong time management and prioritization.
- Operate store systems and technology to support sales, appointments and client records.
- Perform ad hoc duties and support store operations as business needs dictate, including nights and weekends when required.
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience required, preferably within luxury or upscale department stores.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and peak shopping periods.
- Professional, polished presentation with confident and positive client-facing demeanour.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact respectfully with diverse clientele and colleagues.

Experience
Previous experience in retail customer service or luxury clienteling is required; experience supporting senior sales consultants or concierge services is preferred.
