Saks Fifth Avenue — Boca Raton is hiring a Fifth Avenue Club Assistant (full-time). Client-facing luxury retail role; $17.05–$21.32/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sustain and advance client relationships in the consultant’s absence, acting as the primary liaison between client and consultant.
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries with discretion, professionalism and a focus on personalized service.
- Manage daily priorities and use time-management skills to complete assigned tasks and follow through on projects.
- Operate store systems and point-of-sale/CRM tools to manage client records and transactions; demonstrate strong computer literacy.
- Support ad hoc store needs and special projects as assigned, including evening and weekend shifts when required.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the Saks Fifth Avenue brand.
Qualifications
- Retail experience required; experience in luxury retail or clienteling strongly preferred.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully and confidently with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
