Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills seeks a Client Services Assistant (Fifth Avenue Club). Hourly $18–$23; support VIP clients and client advisors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and continue client relationships in the absence of the assigned sales consultant; act as a liaison between client and consultant.
- Provide high-touch client service, responding to client needs and requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage daily priorities with effective time management; complete administrative and ad hoc tasks to support the clienteling team.
- Operate point-of-sale, clienteling and store systems accurately; maintain up-to-date client records and notes.
- Represent the store with a polished, professional demeanour and interact respectfully with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience required; experience within luxury retail or client services preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- Strong organisational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and a positive, client-focused attitude.

Experience
Previous retail experience is required; prior experience supporting sales consultants or working with VIP/loyalty clients in a luxury environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
