Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales by coaching and developing Style Advisors and, in select locations, store Managers to improve clienteling, selling skills and measurable results.
- Maintain high visibility on the selling floor to model behaviors, conduct real-time coaching and ensure consistent delivery of memorable client experiences.
- Own onboarding, training and ongoing education programs for selling teams, covering product knowledge, event execution, policies and targeted selling techniques.
- Develop and execute client development strategies — including appointments, outreach, social selling and use of clienteling technology — to increase repeat business and wallet share.
- Partner with AVP/Store Manager and Area Marketing Manager to identify top clients and execute SFA events and experiences (in-store and special experiences).
- Recruit, hire and promptly fill open selling roles; manage performance issues and foster accountability through ongoing coaching and performance management.
- Analyze client spend patterns to identify growth opportunities and pivot priorities based on business needs and new merchandise deliveries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of management experience with a proven track record managing a selling and operations workforce and achieving sales results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to inspire others through thoughtful leadership.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, change-oriented retail environment and to organize and execute operational processes.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills, with a results-driven orientation and comfort challenging conventions.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store business needs.

At least three years of retail management experience with demonstrated success leading selling teams, delivering sales growth and managing recruiting, onboarding and performance processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
