Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the in‑store ambassador for visual and merchandising standards, ensuring merchandise presentation aligns with brand and Saks expectations.
- Maintain and refresh floor displays across departments—with emphasis on Shoes, Handbags, Men’s Advanced Designer and Sale—throughout the business day.
- Support and execute large‑scale relayering and visual projects under the direction of the Visual Manager.
- Partner with Style Advisors and operations teams to sustain presentation integrity and deliver an elevated client experience.
- Adopt and apply the 'close‑to‑open' philosophy to support closing and opening routines that preserve merchandising standards.
- Train and mentor fellow Brand Steward Associates; provide ad hoc support and complete assigned tasks with minimal disruption.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years relevant experience in retail or other fast‑paced customer‑facing environments.
- Demonstrable understanding of luxury brand presentation and current retail trends.
- Flexibility to work opening, late‑day, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully and build collaborative relationships across teams.
