Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of store presentation standards across sales floors and key categories (e.g., shoes, handbags, men's advanced designer, sale).
- Maintain and refresh merchandising standards throughout the day, ensuring product presentations meet brand and company expectations.
- Support and execute large-scale relayering and visual projects under direction of the Visual Manager.
- Partner with Style Advisors and selling teams to align floor presentation with client experience and sales priorities.
- Follow and support closing and opening routines using a 'close to open' philosophy to preserve visual integrity.
- Train and mentor fellow Brand Steward Associates and provide ad-hoc support as required.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant retail or other fast-paced environment experience.
- Demonstrable understanding of visual merchandising and contemporary fashion trends.
- Flexible availability for opening, late-day, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills with professional, polished customer-facing demeanor.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational ability and a solution-oriented mindset.
