Saks Fifth Avenue Miami is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Parfums de Marly). Onsite role focused on clienteling, makeup consultations and retail sales. $19.16–$23.95/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary client service following Saks Fifth Avenue principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) to build lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor-line and event sales goals through proactive selling and follow-up.
- Conduct professional makeup and treatment consultations and close retail sales with consistent adherence to store standards.
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling system and online clienteling resource tool to record client preferences, schedule consultations and drive repeat business.
- Support pre-booked facial consultation events, in-house training initiatives and vendor-led activities to grow the fragrance/cosmetics business.
- Maintain pristine counter standards, merchandising presentation and a welcoming selling environment.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and Account Executives to coordinate promotions, inventory needs and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or beauty environment.
- Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skill in professional makeup application and facial treatment consultation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and able to multi-task with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and use proprietary clienteling/CRM tools and store software.
- Strong organizational skills and sound business judgment.
