Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) consistently across all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and departmental daily and monthly objectives
- Develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships by serving as a knowledgeable brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's proprietary clienteling system to record, organize, and maintain customer information and preferences to drive personal business growth
- Execute professional makeup consultations, treatment recommendations, and product applications with focused attention to client needs
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling area at all times
- Serve as a liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and designated vendor Account Executives, maintaining a consistently positive professional image
- Focus all efforts on delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial approach through application, sale completion, and post-purchase follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or fragrance environment
- Demonstrated successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota targets
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments requiring strong multitasking with minimal supervision
