Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service at the Cartier beauty counter, modeling Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals through proactive selling and follow‑up.
- Use Saks Fifth Avenue’s online clienteling resource tool to record client preferences, manage appointments, and drive repeat business.
- Conduct pre‑booked facial consultations, product demonstrations and make‑up applications; close retail sales efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain counter presentation and merchandising standards to ensure a clean, inviting selling environment.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with vendor Account Executives and cross‑functional store teams.
- Participate in in‑house training programs and vendor trainings to remain product‑knowledgeable and commercially effective.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty brands.
- Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrable skill in makeup consultation and application.
- Ability to learn and use proprietary clienteling tools and maintain accurate client records.
