Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service across approach, application, sale closing and follow-up, representing the Orveda account.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line and event sales goals and contribute to department daily and monthly targets.
- Use Saks Fifth Avenue clienteling tools to record client preferences, drive repeat business and manage a personal client book.
- Execute professional makeup and treatment consultations and product applications tailored to client needs.
- Support pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs to drive service adoption and sales.
- Maintain counter standards: ensure a clean, well-merchandised and welcoming selling area compliant with brand presentation guidelines.
- Act as a liaison with the Account Executive and vendor partners to maintain brand alignment and promotional activity.
- Work collaboratively with store colleagues to optimize guest experience and departmental performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment.
- Proven sales performance with history of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail setting with minimal supervision.
- Comfort with proprietary clienteling software and willingness to learn Saks Fifth Avenue systems.
- Attention to detail, initiative, strong organizational skills and sound business judgment.
- Professional competency in make-up and treatment consultation and application.

Minimum of one year of retail experience, ideally in a cosmetics environment, with demonstrated success in sales and client development.
Education
