Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build individual and vendor-line sales volumes, customer relationships, and new Saks Fifth Avenue accounts.
- Work effectively with team members and adhere consistently to company standards and procedures.
- Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events; maintain a properly merchandised counter and close retail sales proficiently.
- Represent the Saks Fifth Avenue Principles: Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor-line, event, and department daily and monthly sales goals.
- Build excellent customer relationships as a brand expert and department representative, maintaining a high level of service.

- Use Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling resource to record and maintain client information and preferences and drive business.
