Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised beauty consultations and makeup applications representing Chanel and other prestige brands.
- Drive individual and vendor line sales, meet event and department sales targets, and proactively convert consultations into closed sales.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling resources to record preferences, schedule follow-ups and grow repeat business.
- Participate in pre-booked facial consultation events, brand training and in-house development programmes to maintain product and technique expertise.
- Maintain a pristine, fully merchandised counter; ensure inventory, displays and sampling comply with brand and store standards.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Cosmetics Selling Manager to execute promotional events and in-store initiatives.
- Demonstrate professional make-up and treatment consultation techniques while ensuring compliance with health, sanitation and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or prestige beauty environment.
- Proven sales track record with history of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Demonstrable proficiency in professional make-up application and beauty consultations.
- Comfortable using proprietary clienteling tools and retail software to manage client data and follow-ups.
- Strong teamwork and multitasking ability in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment; exemplary grooming and professional presentation.
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, ideally in cosmetics or a luxury beauty environment, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or professional makeup certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.16 to USD 23.95 per hour.
