Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) across all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, and departmental sales goals through consultative selling and exceptional product expertise
- Maintain and develop client relationships utilizing Saks Fifth Avenue's proprietary online clienteling tool to record preferences and drive repeat business
- Provide professional makeup application, skincare consultation, and treatment recommendations to customers
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming selling environment
- Execute in-house training programs and coordinate pre-booked facial consultation events
- Close retail sales effectively and follow up with customers to foster long-term brand loyalty
- Collaborate effectively with team members, the Cosmetics Selling Manager, and assigned Account Executives to support departmental success
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or customer-focused beauty environment
