Role & Responsibilities
- Model the Saks Fifth Avenue Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and departmental daily and monthly sales objectives
- Maintain consistent high-level customer service by cultivating excellent relationships as the brand expert and departmental representative
- Serve as a professional liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and the designated Account Executive
- Utilize the Saks Fifth Avenue online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain comprehensive client information and preferences for business development
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial approach through application, sale closure, and post-purchase follow-up
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring the selling area remains clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment
- Demonstrated successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Professional makeup and skincare treatment consultation and application skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring multi-tasking with minimal supervision
