Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual cosmetics sales goals, event sales goals, and daily and monthly department sales goals.
- Provide a dynamic service presence at the assigned location.
- Ask appropriate questions to identify clients’ needs and provide effective guidance or direction.
- Participate actively on social media, including Instagram, to develop a personal brand and business.
- Provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
- Build excellent client relationships and maintain consistently high service as the brand expert and department representative.
- Cross-sell across product lines to drive results and increase clients’ baskets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of in-store services and proactively recommend appropriate services to personalize and enhance clients’ shopping experiences.
- Serve as a positive liaison between the company and Account Executives.

- Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial approach and application through sale completion and follow-up.
