Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high‑touch customer service across the entire sales journey: approach, consultation, application, close and follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line and event sales goals while contributing to department daily and monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the brand expert for Jo Malone, using client history and preferences to drive repeat business.
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling system and online clienteling resource tool to record client data, schedule consultations and manage follow‑ups.
- Support and participate in in‑house training programs and pre‑booked facial consultation events to grow expertise and sales performance.
- Maintain counter standards and merchandising—ensuring a clean, well‑presented, welcoming selling area that reflects brand guidelines.
- Act as a liaison with assigned Account Executives and vendor partners to steward brand presentation and sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or beauty environment.
- Proven sales track record with experience meeting or exceeding quota.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented retail setting while managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency learning and using proprietary online clienteling tools and sales software.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, professional presentation and sound business judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform professional make‑up and treatment consultations and applications.

Experience
Minimum of one year of retail experience, ideally within a cosmetics or beauty environment, with demonstrated sales success and quota attainment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology, esthetics or related certification is a plus.
