Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service following Saks Fifth Avenue principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals through proactive selling and client development.
- Conduct consultations, product demonstrations and make-up applications to drive conversions and repeat business.
- Use Saks Fifth Avenue’s online clienteling resource tool to record client preferences, schedule follow-ups and manage appointments.
- Maintain counter presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring a clean, stocked and welcoming selling area.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and vendor Account Executives to support promotional events and pre-booked facial consultations.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrable make-up application and treatment consultation skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational ability, sound business judgment and attention to detail.

Experience
At least one year of customer-facing retail experience, ideally in cosmetics, with evidence of successful sales performance and quota attainment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology, esthetics, or professional makeup certification preferred.
