Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service following Saks Fifth Avenue selling principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales targets; drive sales for the La Mer account.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up using the company clienteling tools.
- Conduct professional makeup and skincare consultations, in‑store treatments and pre-booked facial consultation events.
- Maintain counter merchandising, visual and cleanliness standards to present an inviting luxury selling environment.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and Account Executive to optimize in‑store activity and vendor partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, ideally in a cosmetics or prestige beauty environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving individual sales results.
- Demonstrated professional make-up and skincare consultation and application skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Comfort learning and using proprietary online clienteling tools and software.
