Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized customer service throughout the sales process: approach, consultation, application, closing and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor-line and event sales targets by building and maintaining client relationships and driving product sales.
- Conduct professional make-up demonstrations and facial consultations; pre-book follow-up appointments and in-store events.
- Maintain counter presentation and merchandising standards to ensure a clean, inviting and brand-compliant selling environment.
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling system to record client profiles, preferences and purchase history and to execute targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and vendor Account Executives to coordinate promotions, events and product launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment.
- Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Professional competency in make-up application, skincare consultation and treatment protocols.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities independently.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional presentation.

Minimum of one year of retail experience, ideally within a cosmetics environment, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
