Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and departmental sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized beauty consultations, makeup applications, and treatment recommendations
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's proprietary clienteling system to record client preferences and drive personalized repeat business
- Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and designated brand Account Executives, maintaining professional vendor partnerships
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from initial approach through point-of-sale and post-purchase follow-up
- Maintain counter standards including merchandising, cleanliness, and product organization to ensure a welcoming selling environment
- Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events to deepen product knowledge and client engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably cosmetics or beauty
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving commission targets
- Professional competency in makeup consultation and application techniques
- Proficiency with clienteling software and online tools; ability to quickly master proprietary Saks Fifth Avenue systems
