Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department daily monthly sales targets
- Establish and develop excellent customer relationships as the designated brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's proprietary clienteling system to record, maintain, and leverage client information and preferences
- Provide professional makeup and skincare treatment consultations and applications with attention to detail
- Maintain counter standards, ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling environment
- Serve as a positive liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and designated Account Executives
- Execute all-channel customer service excellence from initial approach through post-sale follow-up
- Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated successful sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and proprietary software
- Professional knowledge of makeup and skincare treatment consultation and application
- Strong attention to detail and business judgment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
