Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual cosmetics and fragrance sales targets as well as event and department goals.
- Provide an elevated, personalised client experience from approach through follow-up, acting as the brand and department ambassador.
- Perform professional makeup consultations and application tailored to each client’s needs.
- Utilise online clienteling tools and social media (e.g., Instagram) to grow personal business, maintain client records and preferences, and drive repeat purchase.
- Proactively cross-sell across lines to increase basket size and recommend in-store services to personalise the client experience.
- Maintain counter standards: clean, tidy and welcoming presentation of product and merchandising.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and store colleagues to support promotional events and department initiatives.
- Execute ad hoc duties required by the department to support sales and operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience within the beauty industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficient with online clienteling tools, comfortable using social media for business development (Instagram preferred).
- Skilled in professional makeup consultation and product application.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
