Saks Fifth Avenue in Miami seeks a Beauty Advisor — Chanel to deliver luxury cosmetics consultations and drive sales on the Chanel counter.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-led customer service across the Chanel counter from approach through application, closing and follow-up, consistently modelling Saks Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor-line and event sales targets while proactively driving personal business performance.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling resources; record client preferences and follow-up activity accurately.
- Conduct professional make-up consultations and treatment applications; book and deliver pre-scheduled facial and consultation events.
- Maintain counter standards and merchandising: ensure a clean, inviting and properly stocked selling area that represents the Chanel brand.
- Act as a liaison with the Account Executive and Cosmetics Selling Manager to align merchandising, promotions and client activity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a cosmetics or prestige beauty environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Professional proficiency in make-up application and beauty consultation techniques.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and willingness to learn proprietary Saks Fifth Avenue systems.
- Strong organizational skills, sound business judgment and a customer-first mindset.
