Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations, make-up application and treatment demonstrations to a luxury clientele.
- Drive individual and vendor-line sales to meet and exceed daily, monthly and event targets; proactively generate business through follow-up and clienteling.
- Utilize Saks’ online clienteling system to record client preferences, book consultations and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain merchandising and counter standards: ensure a clean, well-stocked and inviting selling area and execute visual merchandising directives.
- Support and participate in in-house trainings, pre-booked facial consultation events and vendor-led initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and account executives to represent brand standards and ensure consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in make-up application and professional treatment consultation.
- Ability to learn and confidently use Saks’ proprietary clienteling tools and in-store systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and sound business judgment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment with minimal supervision.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally in cosmetics or a customer-facing beauty role, with documented success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or aesthetics certification preferred but not required.
