Saks Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton seeks a full-time Beauty Advisor ($15–$22/hr). Deliver luxury cosmetics service, drive sales, and manage client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized luxury service from approach through follow-up, including make-up and treatment consultations and professional application.
- Meet and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales targets through proactive selling and client development.
- Manage and grow customer relationships using Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling tools and maintain accurate client records to drive repeat business.
- Represent assigned brands and liaise with Account Executives to maintain strong vendor relationships and brand standards.
- Prepare and maintain a polished, well-merchandised, and welcoming counter; support pre-booked facial consultations and in-house training programs.
- Close retail sales proficiently while adhering to Saks Fifth Avenue selling principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment.
- Proven sales track record with experience meeting or exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated ability to perform professional make-up and skin treatment consultations and applications.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment with strong multitasking capability and minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and effectively use proprietary online clienteling tools and sales platforms.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally in cosmetics or prestige beauty; proven sales performance and experience executing consultations and events.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology, esthetics, or beauty certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 22 per hour.
