Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service using Saks Fifth Avenue sales principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales targets through consultative selling and follow-up.
- Provide professional make-up and treatment consultations, pre-booked facial consultation events, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using Saks Fifth Avenue’s online clienteling resource tool to record preferences and sales opportunities.
- Maintain a properly merchandised, clean and welcoming counter that reflects brand standards and vendor expectations.
- Act as a liaison to assigned Account Executives and vendor partners to support brand-specific initiatives and promotional events.
- Close retail sales with professionalism and accuracy, including post-sale clienteling and appointment management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving individual business.
- Demonstrable skill in professional make-up application and treatment consultation.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable learning and utilising proprietary clienteling tools and in-house software.
- Strong organisational skills and sound business judgment; ability to represent the brand professionally.

Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, with prior success in cosmetics or customer-focused sales preferred; demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and run consultations or in-store events.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics, or professional makeup certification preferred.
