Saks Fifth Avenue in Atlanta seeks a full-time Beauty Advisor (Parfums de Marly) to drive cosmetic sales and clienteling on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals through proactive selling and follow-up.
- Deliver professional make-up and treatment consultations and application, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from approach to close.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling resource tool to record preferences and drive repeat business.
- Plan, promote and execute pre-booked facial consultation events and vendor activities to grow sales and client base.
- Maintain counter presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring a clean, inviting and well-stocked selling area.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager, Account Executive and store team; participate in in-house training programs and departmental initiatives.
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue selling principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank) and represent the brand with a professional image.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or beauty environment.
- Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Demonstrable professional make-up application and consultation skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling tools and proprietary software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with diplomatic, client-focused communication and sound business judgment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a high degree of multi-tasking and initiative.

Minimum of one year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics-focused environment, with demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and conducting professional make-up consultations.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.75 to USD 25 per hour.
