Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with attentive, sophisticated professionalism, maintaining impeccable hospitality standards aligned with luxury brand expectations
• Leverage comprehensive knowledge of premium spirits, wine, and beer to craft exceptional cocktails using proper techniques, glassware, and luxury service procedures
• Utilize deep understanding of food menu, preparation methods, and culinary terminology to guide guests, answer questions, and make tailored beverage pairings
• Operate POS and ticket systems efficiently to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of bar items to both bar guests and dining room service staff
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain bar and surrounding workstations, executing all pre-shift, post-shift, daily, and weekly side-work duties as assigned
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of proper order of service, including flawless placement of glassware, china, flatware, and garnishes
• Fulfill operational duties involving moving or lifting objects to maintain room aesthetic and operational efficiency
• Maintain highest level of personal hygiene and luxury presentation standards, including clean pressed uniform and professionally styled appearance
• Adhere strictly to established accounting procedures for guest transactions, accurately processing all authorized payment methods through POS system
• Actively participate in daily pre-shift meetings to stay informed on menu changes, specials, and VIP guests
• Exercise absolute integrity with scheduling, arriving on time and accurately punching in/out for every shift
• Coordinate holiday, vacation, and time-off requests proactively with management while prioritizing operational needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Proven experience in premium bartending and high-end table and bar service guidelines
• Strong foundational knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine varietals, and culinary terminology
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks with grace and poise
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience

Proven experience in premium bartending, beverage preparation, and high-end table and bar service guidelines, with demonstrated expertise in luxury hospitality environments.

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.79 to USD 25.99 per hour.
