Saks Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton, FL seeks an Associate, Store Merchandising. Onsite role; hourly $16–$20/hr supporting merchandise processing, presentation and fulfillment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and prepare items for placement on the selling floor, ensuring accuracy and timely flow from stockroom to display.
- Execute floor placement and presentation in accordance with established visual and merchandising standards.
- Support store initiatives including floor recovery, supply replenishment and ad hoc merchandising projects as required.
- Locate and retrieve merchandise for customer and store orders; complete order fulfillment with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Deliver prompt, high-quality customer service when interacting with clients and internal partners; escalate customer issues appropriately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and handle racks and carts of merchandise safely.
- Proven ability to maintain merchandising standards and follow visual directives on the selling floor.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using retail technology including RF guns, PCs and iOS devices.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle where required (select doors only).
- Flexible availability to work schedules aligned with store business needs.
Skills
Experience
Retail or merchandising experience preferred; typically 1+ year of store-level experience in inventory handling, visual presentation or order fulfillment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or certificate in retail merchandising is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 20 per hour.
