Saks Fifth Avenue seeks Associate Asset Protection Manager in Atlanta to lead loss prevention and inventory security initiatives in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Asset Protection Manager in executing overall asset protection strategy and day-to-day operations
- Monitor daily and monthly inventory reports, audits, and internal investigations in collaboration with Asset Protection Investigators to ensure inventory integrity
- Communicate consistently with store leadership, managers, and associates to drive awareness of inventory shortage results and implement strategic initiatives
- In partnership with Asset Protection leadership, hire, develop, and performance-manage Asset Protection Investigators
- Provide final oversight for audit execution and ensure the store is prepared for internal and external audits
- Collaborate with sales support and store teams to ensure shortage control processes are followed and maintained effectively
- Work cross-functionally with customer and associate teams to ensure all Asset Protection objectives are clearly communicated and executed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail asset protection experience, luxury retail environment preferred
- Knowledge of asset protection, loss prevention, and investigative procedures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze data and implement strategies to reduce loss
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities

Minimum of 3 years of retail asset protection experience in a luxury retail environment or comparable loss prevention role.
Education
College degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 56,060 to USD 70,075 per annum.
