- Train store associates on awareness and asset protection procedures
- Maintain the integrity of physical inventory by overseeing reports and audits on a daily and monthly basis
- Organize and conduct annual store inventory
- Develop shortage strategies for merchandise groups, paperwork controls, and shortage awareness
- Monitor shortage results and conduct investigations regarding internal and external theft
Qualifications
- 2 years of asset protection experience in a large-volume retail environment
- Wicklander-Zulawski Certification
- Certification required where applicable by jurisdiction
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
