Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of all asset protection initiatives and shortage-control procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain a visible, welcoming presence at customer entrances to deter theft while preserving a premium shopping experience.
- Monitor shortage results, conduct investigations and assist with apprehensions related to internal and external theft.
- Utilise store communication systems to cascade asset protection messaging and coordinate responses with store teams.
- Assist Asset Protection Investigators and escalate incidents following established protocols to safeguard the store environment.
- Identify operational deficiencies impacting loss prevention and recommend practical corrective actions.
- Contribute to implementation of store safety and awareness programmes and maintain a safe business environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Valid security licence where required by jurisdiction.
- Knowledge of retail procedures and criminal/civil proceedings.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and proficiency with store communication systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends; ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Previous experience in loss prevention, retail security or related retail operations is preferred; a proven record of identifying operational deficiencies and applying effective loss-prevention solutions is advantageous.
