Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor shortage results and execute shortage-control programs to protect merchandise and reduce shrink.
- Conduct internal and external investigations and apprehensions in compliance with store policy and legal requirements.
- Train store associates on asset protection procedures, safety awareness and loss-prevention best practices.
- Oversee and review daily and monthly inventory reports and audits to maintain integrity of physical inventory.
- Plan and lead the annual store inventory and support ad hoc operational tasks related to store security.
- Develop and implement shortage mitigation strategies for merchandise groups, paperwork controls, and awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of asset protection or loss-prevention experience in a high-volume retail environment.
- Wicklander-Zulawski Certification required.
- Any jurisdictional certifications required by local law must be held where applicable.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Experience
At least 2 years' experience in asset protection or loss-prevention within a large-volume retail environment, with demonstrated investigative experience and inventory control responsibilities.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.19 to USD 22.60 per hour.
