Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor shortage results, shortage control investigations, and apprehensions regarding internal and external theft across the location
- Train store associates on Asset Protection awareness procedures and policies
- Maintain the integrity of physical inventory through daily and monthly audits and reporting
- Organize and conduct annual store inventory initiatives
- Develop and implement shortage prevention strategies for merchandise groups, paperwork controls, and shortage awareness programs
- Execute ad hoc asset protection duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- 2 years of Asset Protection experience in a large-volume retail environment
- Wicklander-Zulawski Certification required
- Relevant certification required where applicable by jurisdiction
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
