Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor shortage results, shortage control metrics and daily inventory integrity reports to identify trends and anomalies.
- Conduct investigations into internal and external theft, coordinate apprehensions and collaborate with management and law enforcement as required.
- Develop and implement shortage strategies for merchandise categories, paperwork controls and loss-prevention awareness programs.
- Train and coach store associates on asset protection procedures, safety protocols and awareness best practices.
- Organize and execute annual store inventory and support ad hoc operational responsibilities related to loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of asset protection or loss-prevention experience in a large-volume retail environment.
- Wicklander-Zulawski Certification required.
- Certification required where applicable by local jurisdiction (e.g., security or investigative licensing).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

At least two years of hands-on asset protection or loss-prevention experience in a high-volume retail setting, with proven experience conducting investigations and managing inventory-control programs.
