Responsibilities include surveillance, investigations, incident reporting, emergency response, inventory-loss control, and support for store operations. Role & Responsibilities
- Prevent losses from external and internal theft and fraud.
- Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and the store.
- Assess and assist with emergency situations.
- Monitor and conduct surveillance to identify indicators of internal or external theft and fraud.
- Conduct internal and external investigations, properly documenting Asset Protection incidents.
- Prepare and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Reduce and control inventory loss through audits and training.
- Support and participate in store operations programs.
