  • Monitor shortage results and implement shortage control strategies for merchandise groups and paperwork controls
  • Conduct training for store associates on asset protection procedures and loss prevention awareness
  • Oversee inventory audits and reports on a daily and monthly basis to maintain physical inventory integrity
  • Organize and execute annual store inventory at the location
  • Develop and implement shortage awareness initiatives and merchandise group strategies
  • Conduct investigations and apprehensions regarding internal and external theft

Qualifications

  • Wicklander-Zulawski Certification (required)
  • 2 years of asset protection experience in a large-volume retail environment
