Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor shortage results and implement shortage control strategies for merchandise groups and paperwork controls
- Conduct training for store associates on asset protection procedures and loss prevention awareness
- Oversee inventory audits and reports on a daily and monthly basis to maintain physical inventory integrity
- Organize and execute annual store inventory at the location
- Develop and implement shortage awareness initiatives and merchandise group strategies
- Conduct investigations and apprehensions regarding internal and external theft
Qualifications
- Wicklander-Zulawski Certification (required)
- 2 years of asset protection experience in a large-volume retail environment
- Certification required where applicable by jurisdiction
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
