Role & Responsibilities
- Train store associates on asset protection awareness and procedures
- Monitor shortage results and oversee physical inventory audits on daily and monthly basis
- Organize and conduct annual store inventory counts
- Develop shortage reduction strategies for merchandise groups and paperwork controls
- Investigate incidents of internal and external theft
- Implement and maintain store safety and awareness programs
Qualifications
- 2 years of Asset Protection experience in large-volume retail environment
- Wicklander-Zulawski Certification required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Asset Protection certification required where applicable by jurisdiction
