Saint-Louis (Hermès) Internship: Business Analyst position in Pantin, supporting sales operations and reporting for luxury crystal brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reporting dashboards in support of the commercial team
- Ensure quality and reliability of existing analyses while driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor sales performance metrics including sell-in and sell-out across international markets
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide insights to senior management
- Support the preparation, construction, and monitoring of sales forecasts for new products
- Analyze order portfolio composition and fulfillment rates
- Perform ad hoc analysis of customer purchase behavior using CRM data
- Propose and implement new dashboards and performance indicators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5 level) in commerce, business administration, or related field
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills and full Microsoft Office Suite competency
- Fluent French and English
- Strong analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity
- Rigorous organizational approach with synthesis capability
- Initiative-taking, autonomous work style with clear priority hierarchization
