Saint‑Louis (Hermès) in Pantin seeks a Business Analyst Intern for a 6‑month commercial operations internship focused on Power BI reporting and sales analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Operations team within the International Directorate on projects to develop the commercial activity.
- Design, build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for international sales reporting.
- Ensure data quality and reliability of existing analyses while executing continuous improvements.
- Monitor sales performance (sell‑in and sell‑out) and produce regular performance reports.
- Perform ad hoc analyses for management and prepare inputs for executive decision making.
- Contribute to sales forecasting: preparation, construction and follow‑up of future product forecasts.
- Analyze order portfolio and delivery rates to identify operational or commercial risks.
- Analyze customer purchasing behaviour via CRM data and propose new KPIs and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Currently completing a Bac+5 (master’s) degree (business, analytics, economics or equivalent) and seeking an end‑of‑study internship.
- Proven proficiency in Power BI (mandatory).
- Advanced Excel skills and solid command of Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with intellectual curiosity.
- Rigour, organisational ability and capacity for synthesis.
- Autonomous, proactive, able to prioritise tasks and oriented toward client and business results.
