Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain precision machinery used in watch dial production and surface decoration
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision
- Apply best practices in quality control and precision measurement
- Contribute to efficient production workflows and maintain workplace safety standards
- Gradually develop competency in CFC-level mechanical and manufacturing processes
