Rubattel & Weyermann SA seeks Head of Supply Chain in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Lead supply chain operations for a Swatch Group partner.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy supply chain strategy aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead, develop, and unite a team of approximately 20 professionals around a shared vision
- Oversee S&OP and MPS processes to align demand, capacity, and resources
- Optimise inventory levels, material flows, and service performance to support company growth
- Champion transformation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute strategically to executive management decisions as a member of the Management Committee
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading industrial supply chain operations
- Solid expertise in planning processes, material flows, and ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Demonstrated strategic vision, pragmatism, and results orientation
