Ruinart — Paris: Website & CRM Project Assistant (apprenticeship). 12–24 month role supporting website content, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and CRM.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage editorial content for the Maison’s institutional website: write, edit and publish copy.
- Integrate content and updates in the CMS (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and run pre‑production tests prior to deployment.
- Propose site improvements, follow development projects and perform QA testing of evolutions before go‑live.
- Produce regular reporting and insights using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search Console; maintain and improve dashboards.
- Optimise organic search performance and develop copywriting guidelines to ensure SEO best practices.
- Support markets to amplify local news and coordinate briefs for new shoots with the Image team.
- Execute the international CRM plan: prepare newsletters (writing, personalization, segmentation), run A/B tests and monitor results.
- Collect and centralise customer and prospect data across touchpoints; educate internal teams and partners on data capture and use.
- Recommend and implement improvements to customer and prospect journeys, including retention mechanisms and lifecycle strategies.
- Contribute to project work for product launches and brand events (new cuvées, millésimes, cultural sponsorships).
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market watch to inform digital and CRM initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or holder of Master 1 or Master 2 (business school or university), with availability for a 12‑ or 24‑month apprenticeship.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
- Specialisation in digital marketing, e‑commerce or equivalent; prior internship or first experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent written communication and editorial skills, strong analytical capacity and a result‑oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite is appreciated.
- Highly organised, autonomous, curious, diplomatic, rigorous, creative and able to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Genuine interest in art, gastronomy and oenology; strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
