Ruinart seeks Production Engineer Intern in Reims, France for 6-month placement. Industrial management focus. February 2027 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in continuous improvement and modernization projects on the production site, including facilitation of working groups and coordination with production teams, external partners, and other departments
- Lead independently an assigned continuous improvement project focused on areas such as waste reduction, site communication, or cellar storage optimization
- Support maintenance of ISO certifications on the production site through audit follow-up, corrective action plan management, and team training on operational standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program with specialization in industrial management
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, PDCA, 5W, 6M, or 5S
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse teams around ideas and initiatives
- Meticulous, organized approach with demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities

Experience
First-hand industrial experience in change management or continuous improvement is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are welcomed.
Education
Current enrollment in an engineering degree program with specialization in industrial management or equivalent technical qualification.
