Ruinart — Junior Art & Culture Project Intern in Paris. 6‑month on-site internship (Sep 2026–Mar 2027) supporting artist projects and cultural partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the International Art & Culture Directorate in the end-to-end coordination of artistic collaborations, including logistical organisation of artist residencies and stays.
- Maintain relationships with artists and external cultural partners; act as a liaison with internal teams (marketing, events, digital, commercial, hospitality) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Coordinate operational needs for visibility at art fairs, galleries, foundations and museums (bottle orders, service tools, onsite support).
- Prepare and update presentations profiling artists and artistic projects for internal circulation and decision-making.
- Draft reports and syntheses for senior committees (Brand Committee, France Committee, Executive Committee, Steering Committee, Brand Board).
- Produce written content about the Maison’s artistic initiatives and maintain the VIP database and the database of the art collection.
- Provide day-to-day operational support: stock management, mailing and seasonal greetings, and assist with budget follow-up in coordination with the assistant.
Qualifications
- Fluent French (spoken and written) and excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking) – both mandatory.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a business school, communications programme, cultural management or equivalent.
- Proven knowledge of contemporary art and familiarity with the contemporary-art ecosystem (galleries, fairs, foundations, museums).
- Strong written skills and ability to produce clear copy for internal and external audiences.
- Highly organised, proactive, autonomous, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to operate between Paris and Reims.

Beginner / entry-level. Suitable for students or recent graduates with prior internships or academic projects in arts, cultural programmes, communications or events preferred but not mandatory.
