Ruinart Paris internship: 6-month International Consumer Experiences Manager Assistant role supporting artistic programs and events at iconic champagne house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate the Carte Blanche Ruinart program in France and internationally, including construction of 360° activation guidelines and artistic collaboration partnerships
- Support logistics coordination with the logistics manager and oversee transversal project management with internal teams, market entities, partners, and external agencies
- Coordinate art fair partnerships, including setup of Ruinart lounges and visibility tools at international events, and manage associated communication materials
- Track key learnings, conduct post-mortem analyses of activations, and prepare reporting documentation
- Assist in organizing the international launch event for Dom Ruinart 2013 scheduled for March 2027, including coordination meetings, event agency liaison, and on-site execution
- Draft and refine activation guidelines for local deployment and ensure coordination with internal teams for comprehensive documentation
- Support the organization of wine and food experiences linked to the Carte Blanche program
- Advise on mission development for the house's ambassador chef for 2026–2028
- Track budget optimizations and carbon impact analysis related to CLIMEET audits
- Prepare quarterly benchmarking reports on event trends and innovations, and assist in drafting reports for senior management distribution
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the International Consumer Experiences Manager, including PowerPoint presentations and project tracking across markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree (5th year) from a communications school, business school, or equivalent university programme with specialization in communication
- Fluent in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Significant experience in marketing or communication, whether in agency or corporate settings
- Project management knowledge and understanding of marketing and communication tools and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Cross-functional collaboration ability with strong team orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Autonomy, ability to take initiative, and organizational rigour with meticulous attention to detail
- Agility in managing unforeseen circumstances and demonstrating professional maturity
- Demonstrated passion for the arts and gastronomy
- Creativity, sensitivity to luxury and visual identity, and aesthetic sensibility
- Awareness of and commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives

Experience
Significant professional experience in marketing or communication, whether through internships or contract positions; demonstrated background in project management within luxury or premium sectors is advantageous. An international profile or previous exposure to cross-border initiatives is valued.
Education
Master's degree (5th year) from a communications school, business school, or equivalent university programme with specialization in communication.
