Ruinart (Moët Hennessy) in Paris 14th — Internship: International Consumer Experiences Assistant, July 2026, 6 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the International Consumer Experiences Manager across art, gastronomy and sustainability initiatives, including the Carte Blanche program.
- Help develop 360° guidelines and experience concepts for Carte Blanche and other artistic activations, coordinating briefs with agencies and external partners.
- Project-manage experiential rollouts across internal teams and markets, including logistics, vendor coordination and on-site implementation.
- Organise wine & food experiences tied to artistic programmes and assist with launch event planning.
- Coordinate Ruinart visibility at international art fairs: deployment of lounges, on-site tools and communication assets.
- Define and document key learnings, perform post-mortem analyses of activations and produce reporting for stakeholders.
- Contribute to sustainability projects to reduce event carbon impact (scenography, storage and logistics optimisations).
- Deliver monthly benchmarks on event trends and innovations and prepare materials and presentations for senior management (CoDir, Copil, brand committee).
Qualifications
- Master's degree (5ème année) in communications, business with a communications speciality, or equivalent university qualification.
- Fluency in French and English (read, written and spoken) — international profile preferred.
- Prior professional experience in marketing/communication (agency or brand); internships or alternance acceptable but significant exposure expected.
- Proven project-management aptitude with experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder events or experiential programmes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and ability to work transversally with markets and external partners.
- Autonomous, proactive, highly organised and rigorous with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage unforeseen issues calmly.
- Keen interest in art, gastronomy and luxury culture, with a strong aesthetic sensibility and awareness of CSR commitments.

Experience
Professional experience in marketing or communications (agency or client-side) with demonstrable involvement in event or experiential programming; internships and alternance included but the candidate should already possess hands-on project coordination experience.
Education
Master's degree in communications, marketing, business with a communications specialisation, or equivalent university qualification.
