Ruinart Influence Coordination Intern (6 months) in Paris – support digital influencer strategy and communications campaigns in luxury wine.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate influence strategy and activations across France and international markets, maintaining daily liaison with market teams and executing guidelines
- Identify and select emerging influencer profiles at both international and local levels
- Produce influencer assets, kits, and creative briefs for agency partners
- Compile and analyze campaign performance metrics and influencer coverage across France and globally
- Maintain and update influencer and VIP contact databases
- Support the organization of press and influencer events, including invitation management, logistics coordination, and brief creation
- Generate activity reports and performance analyses for senior management
- Monitor budgets, requests for quotation, and purchase orders
- Track logistics including inventory management, orders, and fulfillment
Qualifications
- Current student in 4th or 5th year of a Master's program in a business school with communication specialization, or equivalent university degree, or specialized higher education in communication
- Demonstrated prior experience in a communications role
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency (reading, speaking, writing)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe InDesign
