Role & Responsibilities

  • Master foundational principles of luxury hospitality and service excellence aligned with Champagne house heritage and values
  • Develop comprehensive sommelier and oenological knowledge spanning vineyard to glass
  • Cultivate sophisticated guest engagement and experience design capabilities
  • Strengthen professional communication skills—both verbal and non-verbal—to embody brand identity
  • Participate in 10 weeks of classroom instruction at Lycée des Métiers de Bazeilles (Ardennes)
  • Complete 4 weeks of on-site immersion training within a Champagne house
  • Attend exclusive vineyard and production facility visits for experiential learning
  • Prepare for placement in hospitality departments across Épernay and Reims locations

Qualifications

  • Diploma in hospitality and culinary studies (BTS level, BAC+2) or equivalent
  • Significant prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector

  • Fluency in French; English highly desirable for international guest interaction
